That is full working weeks, worth about at your current hourly rate of .
Each block is one working week of 50. Lit blocks are weeks of prospecting you get back. At Baylor University's Keller Center benchmark of about 209 calls per appointment (2011, random calling), that is roughly dials you no longer make.

How the math works.
Hours back are your weekly prospecting hours, times the share spent dialing expired and FSBO sellers, times 50 working weeks.
Your hourly rate is last year's gross commission income divided by your weekly hours times 50. The defaults, $59,200 and 35 hours, are NAR's 2026 Member Profile medians.
Dials avoided use the only public field benchmark we found: Baylor University's Keller Center for Research (2011) logged about 209 calls, roughly 7.5 hours, per appointment or referral. It measured random calling, not expireds, and it is dated, so treat it as a rough scale.
