Each Reclaim zip code is held by a single agent in the Casventa network. Every qualified expired or for-sale-by-owner seller the calling team reaches in that zip is transferred to that agent. Not rotated, not first-to-answer.
Two parts, both set out in writing before you start: a territory fee for exclusive rights to the zip code, paid whether or not a transfer closes, and a broker-to-broker referral fee paid to Casventa when a transferred seller closes. It is both a subscription and a referral, and we say so.
A named Casventa calling team, dialing by hand. No autodialer, no prerecorded or AI voice. Every number is scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call Registry and the applicable state list, and every call opens with a recording disclosure.
Pennsylvania’s SB 992, signed July 20, 2026, takes effect on or about October 18, 2026. Calls to Pennsylvania numbers must fall between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., with no calls on Sundays or legal holidays, and texts now count as solicitations. Reclaim’s calling schedule follows these rules. You set availability windows, and the calling team only bridges during them. If you cannot pick up, the caller books a callback with the seller for you instead of passing them to someone else.
You can join the waitlist for that zip. When it is released, it is offered to the waitlist in the order people joined.
