Do my agents have to change brokerages?
No. Agents in the Casventa network stay licensed with their own brokerage. Casventa is a separate licensed brokerage that refers clients to them.
For brokers and team leaders
Casventa supplies qualified sellers and buyers to agents you already lead. Their license, their closings and their production stay with you.

How the money moves
The referral fee comes out of the commission your brokerage receives, broker to broker, at closing. Everything after that runs on your own compensation plan.
Illustration only. Your referral agreement and your own compensation plan set the real numbers.
If the deal does not close, no referral fee is owed. The fee never passes through the agent.
