How it works

We find them. We qualify them. You close them.

casventa finds real buyers and sellers, qualifies them, and puts them in front of the network. The close — and the client — are yours.

We find and qualify

Screening is the product.

casventa generates opportunity from its own sources and screens what it finds. On matched services, every person is qualified before an agent sees a name; per-lead volume is labeled for exactly what it is.

Real intent, verified.

Who they are, what they need, and when — confirmed before anything is routed.

Sources stay ours.

How we find them isn’t disclosed. The screening is what you’re buying.

Most never reach you.

What fails qualification is filtered out. That’s the point.

Matched on fit.

Some services pair one opportunity with one agent — market, specialty, price band, track record.

Speed to lead.

Others go out to the network in real time. Agents compete for the same client, and the fastest qualified response wins.

Never a mystery.

Every service says up front how it routes — matched or first-come — before you’re in it.

We route

Two ways an opportunity moves.

Some services match one opportunity to one agent. Others are speed to lead — blasted to the network, first qualified response takes it. Each service is plain about which way it works.

You close

The client is yours.

The introduction is warm, the close is yours, and the relationship stays yours long after settlement.

Yours means yours.

Repeat business, future listings, the sphere that grows from it — all yours.

Tracked to settlement.

Milestones stay visible to you and casventa until the deal is done.

Terms set first.

Every agreement is signed before the introduction, per that service’s model.

How we get paid

Four services. Four different ways we get paid.

We would rather be plain about this than clever. Not every casventa service is a referral, and pretending otherwise would make the terms harder to compare.

Lead Match is a referral.

Your brokerage pays casventa out of the commission at close. No close, no fee.

Reclaim is a subscription and a referral.

A flat territory fee for exclusive rights to a zip code, paid regardless of outcome — and a broker-to-broker referral fee when a transfer closes.

Marketplace is both.

A fee for the connection when seller and agent agree, and a referral fee when it closes.

Pay Per Lead is a purchase.

You buy the lead outright — non-qualified, and paid regardless of outcome. We’d rather say that than dress it up.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can any agent use casventa?

No. casventa is exclusive to Keller Williams agents. One brand, one culture, one standard of accountability — keeping the network inside KW is what keeps the opportunity concentrated and the quality knowable.

Why was casventa created?

To put qualified opportunity in front of Keller Williams agents and help them grow their business. Finding and screening real buyers and sellers takes machinery most agents don’t have time to build. casventa builds it once and points it at the network.

Where do the leads come from?

From our own marketing and outreach — the channels change, the standard doesn’t. Every buyer and seller is a real person looking for help, and on matched services we’ve talked with each one before an agent ever does. Judge us by who shows up, not where we found them.

How much does it cost?

Each service has a different pricing model — some are paid at close, some per introduction, some by flat subscription. Every model is published plainly before you’re in it; no service hides its terms.

Where does casventa operate?

Wherever Keller Williams agents work. Coverage grows market by market as the network does.

When do the doors open?
