About

A door, standing open.

casventa exists to put opportunity in front of agents in our network — so the people who turn doors into businesses can open more of them.

Why we exist

Agents are entrepreneurs.

A simple, radical idea reshaped this industry: an agent isn’t an employee of the market. An agent is an entrepreneur, running a business that deserves to grow. We took that idea seriously, and built a company around it.

Every business runs on opportunity. Talent without at-bats stays potential — so casventa keeps qualified opportunity flowing to the agents who can do something with it. Behind every closing is a goal met, a family provided for, a business a year stronger. That’s what we’re actually building.

The name

Casa, home. Venta, sale.

casventa is the door between them. The mark is an archway with the door standing open — light through the gap. The company is built to work the same way: structure recedes, opportunity steps forward.

The founders

Three people, one door.

We each kept meeting opportunity we couldn't serve. Casventa is the door we built to pass it through.

Kris Quintana

Kris Quintana

Co-founder & CEO

Kris Quintana is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate referral brokerage headquartered in Mechanicsburg that connects buyers and sellers with local agents through live-transfer lead routing. He is also the founder of Precision Leverage Solutions, a real estate transaction coordination company he launched in January 2023 with one market center and 21 agents and has since grown to serve more than 350 agents across 20+ market centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, on pace for over 1,400 closed files in 2026. Kris built Casventa on a pattern he saw repeat across those files: the agent who reaches the seller first is usually the agent who closes. He is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, a United States Coast Guard veteran, a former middle school educator, and Vice President of the Northeastern School District Board of Directors in York County.

Kaylin Nunn

Kaylin Nunn

Co-founder

Kaylin Nunn is a co-founder of Casventa, the Mechanicsburg-based Pennsylvania referral brokerage behind the Lead Match service, and Director of Transaction Coordination Services at Precision Leverage Solutions. She came to Precision Leverage Solutions from a top-producing real estate team, where she served as Director of Operations, and now leads a team of eight coordinators serving agents across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. She designed the operational systems and 90-day onboarding program that carried the company from hundreds of files a year to thousands, and she continues to carry an active caseload. Having run operations on both sides, inside a producing team and inside the company that supports hundreds of them, she is the check on whether a Casventa workflow will survive contact with a real agent on a real deadline.

Caleb Anderson

Caleb Anderson

Co-founder & CFO

Caleb Anderson is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate referral brokerage headquartered in Mechanicsburg, and CFO of Precision Leverage Solutions. He owns Casventa's economics: the referral fee structure, pay-at-close pricing, and the volume and unit-cost modeling that determines which lead sources are viable. At Precision Leverage Solutions, he built the financial architecture that supported the company's expansion from a single market center to a three-state operation. His standard is that the model has to work simultaneously for the agent, the brokerage, and the company, and he treats growth that only pencils out for one of the three as a liability rather than a win.

Beliefs

What the work stands on.

Think like an entrepreneur.

The industry’s best lesson, and the standard we build to. We serve agents who run a real business — not agents waiting on a market.

Opportunity is the raw material.

Skill closes deals; opportunity creates them. A growing business needs a steady supply of both.

Growth should compound.

Every door opened leads to another — the repeat client, the next listing, the bigger business.

Structure recedes, opportunity steps forward.

The paperwork, the matching, the tracking — all of it exists so the deal is the only thing you notice.

Who owns it

Veteran owned. Woman owned.

casventa is a veteran-owned and woman-owned business. Service teaches you that the people beside you are the whole point, and building a company alongside a partner teaches you the same thing twice. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to with every agent we work with.

The goal

Open more doors.

Three words, and the whole company inside them. More at-bats. More closings. More families provided for. More businesses that outlast any market. When an agent in our network opens a door they couldn’t have opened alone, casventa is doing its job.
