Who we are
Casventa is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage, Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa, at 700 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This policy covers casventa.com and Casventa product subdomains.
What we collect
Only what you give us and what the site needs to run:
- Your email address, when you sign up for launch updates.
- Your name, email, and message, when you use the contact form or write to us.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, browser type, approximate region — used in aggregate to keep the site fast and working.
How we use it
- To send the updates you asked for — one email at each milestone, nothing else.
- To answer when you write to us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and services.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share it
If you ask us to connect you with a real estate agent, or you submit an enquiry through one of our services, we share the information needed to serve you with the licensed agent and brokerage we introduce you to. That introduction is the service. Those referrals are made broker-to-broker under a written referral agreement, and the receiving agent handles your information under their own brokerage's privacy practices from that point forward.
Where you choose a cash-offer path, we share what is needed with the investor partner making that offer. Beyond those introductions, information goes only to service providers who help us run the site and our operations (under contract, for our purposes only), or where the law or our real estate licensing obligations require it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work and to remember a choice you make here, such as dismissing our privacy notice. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking technology, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. Because of that, there is nothing here to opt out of at the cookie level — but you can still clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.
Your privacy choices
Every update email includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time. To access, correct, or delete information you’ve given us, write to hello@casventa.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
Do not sell or share my personal information. Casventa does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or share for you to opt out of. The only sharing we do is the introduction you ask us to make to a licensed agent or brokerage, which is the service you requested. If you would like to confirm this in writing or ask us not to make such an introduction, email hello@casventa.com.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that tells a website you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Casventa honors that signal automatically. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, we already treat every visitor as opted out — and when a GPC signal is present we record that preference and do not show our privacy notice.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly on this page.
